Time to focus. The priority for this trip is to be able to navigate independently (i.e., on my own) around Libmanan and Naga in Bicol. To that end I decided it would behoove me to purchase a scooter. The Honda Wave 125 looks to suit my needs quite nicely. It should run me about $575.
I’d also like to spend more time with family in Manila / Malabon. Everytime I’ve been to the Philippines it’s such a rush to see everyone and inevitably I leave someone out. Conceivably I could spend my weekdays in Bicol working out and exploring. Then I could commute to Manila to hang out with family.
